Shylo & Mika launched WE DON'T KNEAD GLUTEN PIZZA MIX with a passion for revolutionizing the meaning of food choice by bringing a legitimate GF pizza to the broader community. We are fueled through the sheer optimism and hard work of young entrepreneurs. After being diagnosed with celiac disease in '09, we'd had enough of subpar living. After seeing others with the same experience, we made it our mission to represent all that gf living can be!

Mika WheelwrightCO-MANAGING PARTNERMika Wheelwright runs the "back-end" of the company. She is the "it" woman behind sourcing, production, new product development, non-GMO analysis, and is the financial brain of the business. Mika has always been entrepreneurial, and since earning her MBA, she has specialized in probiotics and has launched a pet probiotic company-the only one of its kind. She was previously a project executive at Mercer and speaks Spanish fluently.

Shylo FarnsworthCO-MANAGING PARTNERShylo Farnsworth runs all "front-end" aspects of the business. She is the yin to Mika's yang and the power behind the brand. As head of marketing and sales, she has taken the brand to 50 stores in 7 states in one year. Her background is in Consumer Marketing, Retail Brand & Advertising, having worked for mega brands like Descente and Nike Inc. Shylo holds a BS degree in Marketing and MA in International Relations.
