My concept consist of a restaurant, that mainly serves soup. Soups like American soups such as chicken noodles, tomato, and so forth with a fancy touch. The Soup Kitchen would also have soups from all over the world such as Italian soups such as minestrone, or soup from Africa such as fufu, and other soups from different countries. The Soup kitchen will have side salads, a small variety of sandwiches, and desserts.
