    After five years as a Cruise Director, I began consulting for restaurants in 2013. My niche is GF and vegan menu development and FOH Customer service enhancement. I also founded Veganizer; a Pop-up Dinner company happening in 6 cities throughout the globe working with 50 restaurants per year. I've been vegetarian for 20 years and vegan for 10. I'm also a licensed real estate agent and have a background in hospitality management.
