Mr. Aaron Kampfe is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of international business experience. He has a B.A. from Boston University but he jokes, "I've earned my MBA through the 'School of Hard Knocks,' having years of real world experience with marketing, media relations, operations, sales, HR, R&D, and finance." As a business owner, elected official, and non-profit board chair, he has a record of effective leadership throughout his career.

Dr. Renee Crichlow has a B.A. in Biology with molecular focus from the University of California- Santa Cruz and an M.D. from the University of California-Davis. She joined the University of Minnesota, North Memorial Family Medicine Residency faculty in 2009. Dr. Crichlow is a partner in PRN Innovation, the inventor of the THCer, and serves as a THCer LLC board member and advisor.

Dr. Robert Levy has a B.A. in Chemistry from Carleton College and an M.D. from SUNY-Stony Brook. Dr. Levy is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He has been the manager of the THCer's research and development, working with the staffs at the research labs. Additionally he is partner in PRN Innovation, a THCer LLC board member, and business advisor.
