As COO, Humberto is responsible for all accounting, customer support and engagement, and service delivery. His over 20 years at Marriott started in hotel operations and culminated in his running global credit card operations for nearly two dozen hotel brands. Then at RBS he oversaw data security and PCI-DSS compliance for over 150K US-based merchants.

As CTO, Tim is responsible for all development and the company’s technology stack. During his nearly 20 years at Marriot, he was one of the key architects who built and maintained the Property Management System (PMS), FOSSE, the technology that runs over 2,600 hotels from the front desk to housekeeping to accounting.

As CEO, John is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and he participates in product and partnership discussions. He started his career as a software developer modeling weapon systems and building training systems around those models. At Marriott he was an IT project manager who ran enterprise and brand technology projects. He served as an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard.
