J. G. Sandom founded the world’s first digital advertising agency, Einstein and Sandom Interactive (EASI), in 1984. From January 1997 through October 1999, J. served as Director of Interactive at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, where he grew the company from a loss of $2M to a net gain of $100M in 30 months in NA, and from 12 “permalancers” to 650 digital marketing specialists worldwide, with $300M in global billings.

With over 20 years experience in understanding & translating business needs into technical requirements, Penny has overseen the full development cycle of hundreds of applications on multiple platforms via K2 Design, one of the world’s first digital ad agencies, global ad agency OgilvyOne (WPP), and MakeoverSolutions, an online virtual makeup imaging startup, among many other companies. She's testified at Congressional hearings re online privacy.
