Delphine is a passionate entrepreneur and marketing professional. Before co-founding Sailo, she worked 5 years at Nestle, where she held various roles in business development, sales strategy and marketing. While at Columbia Business School she focused on technology and entrepreneurship, and worked in marketing for Gogobot and in venture capital at Starvest Partners. She was also the president of the Columbia Entrepreneurs Organization.

Adrian is an accomplished software engineer and entrepreneur.
After getting his MS in Electrical Engineering at Stanford, he co-founded and worked at several startups in Silllicon valley, and held senior engineering positions with Magma Design and Synopsis.
He then went to Columbia Business School, where he came up with the idea for Sailo and recruited part of his team.

Magda is passionate about designing processes and implementing change.
She has executive level experience in the technology space with a focus on operations, processes, project management and budgets. She has led several projects with C level exposure and has worked with both start-ups (she founded two companies) and Fortune 100 corporations in industries such as semiconductors, internet, retail, software, hospitality, and brand management.

Bogdan is a versatile and experienced software engineer. He has 10 years of industry activity in the TV industry and technology startups in Western Europe and California.
Bogdan holds an MSc in Computer Science from Politehnica University Bucharest and he is the primary author of one patent.
