He has over 30 years of executive-level experience in both for-profit & non-profit sectors, including serving as Behavioral Health Director for a mid-size California county. He received his Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles & earned an MPH degree from Harvard School of Public Health.
