Having been in HR "sales" for 27 years, I've seen why the HR-to-P&L connection is often broken. I've fixed that with a software tool that "teaches" the P&L impact of HR; creates a "status quo" HR profile (not an "audit"!); and facilitates the design of a custom, purpose-focused, strategic and tactical HR plan - a key part of a company's Business Plan.
