He has worked as a salesman, sales engineer, and served as marketing director at Thetford Corp. for 27 years before developing the product idea for the EvacuAid and launching RV Park Products. He has had experience successfully launching multiple new products.

(MBA in Logistics and International Management from the University of Hamburg, Germany) has 16 years of work experience in Start Ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. He held positions in Business Development, Supply Management, Business Excellence and Operations Management. He is a trained Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Expert.

(BA in Accounting from Ohio Northern University) has held positions in accounting for Plante Moran and financial planning and financial analysis for Philips Electronics. She also has received training as a Six Sigma Black Belt in project planning and as a project management advisor.
