Paul Seid is a successful executive and entrepreneur. Mr. Seid most recently served as President of Sultan Healthcare for 36 years. Sultan Healthcare is a well-known U.S. dental consumable manufacturer recognized primarily for infection control products, dental materials and preventive products. Throughout his career, Mr. Seid has bought, sold, or established 15-20 companies on 3 continents.

Lawrence Zelner holds the degree of BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He has served in the healthcare field in the capacity of management consultant for over 30 years and he has been engaged in consulting assignments for more than 100 hospitals, IDNs and Corporate clients.

Braun C. Kiess is a successful financial executive, serial entrepreneur, and educator. In addition to being a member of the Rutgers Business School faculty he is a preferred instructor for the Rutgers' Executive Education Programs.
Mr. Kiess holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from Rutgers University and has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degrees from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Russell Baker is RST’s chief engineer, responsible for the mechanical design of all of our products. Russell performs material and construction analysis, creates all CAD models, and manages all our suppliers. Mr. Baker is also a skilled machinist. He creates high-fidelity product prototypes in-house.
Mr. Baker is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
