She has considerable experience running small businesses as a co-owner of The Crankery bike shop in Bend, Oregon, and as a wealth expert and business coach. She joined AirFit in June 2015. She holds BS and post-bac. Pre-med cert from Montana State.

Debra has 28+ years of experience in fitness, wellness and spa management with the ability to develop staff, manage expenses and support revenue growth. From manager to director to VP at previous corporations, Debra has it all, helping lead ROAM's first facility, paving the way for future locations.

George brings 20+ years of airport concession management and lease acquisition strategy to the team. A lead role in the formation and development of the highly successful XpresSpa chain of airport spa services, George cut his teeth bringing novel concessionaires to the scene, and advising them on proper management techniques for revenue growth in the airport.
