John is known for his creativity, vision, and, leadership. John served much of his professional career managing people and systems as a site-wide system's manager and a Quality Assurance Specialist in fast paced manufacturing. In his spare time John operates as a Community Leader, Writer, Poet, husband, and a father.

Christopher has over 20 years of manufacturing and customer relations experience. Working in a management capacity, Chris has excelled in whatever capacity he is placed. Owning and managing site wide programs, Chris brings a well of knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing to this amazing table of talented Innovators. A family man that loves to game, fish, golf, and hang out with the grandchildren, Chris is an inspiration to all his friends.

Steve aka "The Wiz", has worked in manufacturing for over 15 years. His service has extended from document control to overseeing site wide systems in Quality Assurance. Steve likes to fish, play video games with his grandchildren, and spend time with family.

Shannan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2007. With 2 decades of finance and executive management experience with M&T Bank. An experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Risk Management, Customer Service, Banking, and Sales. She is currently the Program
