I create and execute our marketing campaigns. I coordinate weekly meetings to track progress of the company and to make sure no leads fall through the crack or is left unattended. I generate leads and also direct sales with investors as well as sellers. I also keep budget of what we spend what we save and what we invest.

My role is establishing specific business relationships between different types of real estate property investors and Property Monsterz llc. By essentially building my network of buyers I can provide several different solutions for sellers based upon their needs and wants and what they feel more comfortable doing. The more options, the better likelihood of making a deal.

After assessing the potential sellers situation, I construct exit strategies with Maryanne basically connecting the dots of best investor for the property i.e. who would pay the most for the property, and who has experience renovating or developing that property.
