To pay in Bitcoin pagcoin user does not buy or operate in bitcoin. They just need to put credits in their digital wallet, and Pagcoin does on the fly conversion to bitcoin using the current rate. In that way, we avoid the bitcoin flotation. For merchants, We offer a analogous service.
