Tony Mai built Bank of America’s currency trading system, developed the Options Trading Platform for Pacific Exchange (sold to NYSE for $80M), and architect a dynamic bandwidth platform that raised $170 million.
Tony then became coaching his kids’ basketball, baseball and soccer teams, and he stumbled into a problem that made currency trading look easy. He became obsessed with creating a simple, elegant solution, and the result is OurTeam.

Jochen completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in Machine Learning. He has since built several smart recommendation systems in large settings; among them a large German publisher, serving more than 250 million mages impression and 35 TB of traffic per month. Since 2008, Jochen has overseen system architecture and managed multiple engineering teams to deliver large ISO 14001 systems across European enterprises.
