Tom was co-founder/COO at eVeritas, Inc., and is Founder of Beta Wave Consulting, LLC. He graduated from the Creighton University Heider College of Business.

Healthcare Systems), XRT Corp (COO), a startup acq. by Medtronic. He attended NIU (Physics & Mathematics + grad. studies in Experimental Nuclear Physics) & has >40 US+EU patents.

Michelle brings >20 years in med. device sales. Michelle was Sales Director at Incisive Surgical, helping lead the acquisition by Cooper Surgical. She led their global sales training & marketing platform, & launched the international sales efforts. She was Reg. Sales Director (Pegasus Biologics, acq. by Synovis Orthopedics), Reg. Sales Director (Kinetikos Medical, acq. by Integra LifeSciences). She has her BS in Biochemistry from Texas Tech Univ.

Dr. Scott Munsterman is a recognized expert on transforming models of healthcare. He is founder & CEO of Best Practices Academy. He graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University, & served as Vice-chair on the Board of Trustees. He is a member of the American & South Dakota Chiropractic Associations and was awarded Chiropractor of the Year (2003). He served 2 terms as Mayor of Brookings, SD and 3 terms in the SD House of Representatives.
