Co-Founder + CRODon is a serial entrepreneur. He founded a cleantech company he commercialized in China and took public on the NASDAQ. Afterwards, he followed his passion for design and cleantech business all the way to Seattle where he discovered first hand the anti-consumer nature of the construction industry and the opportunity to build a customer-focused business that ushers in our collective sustainable building future.

Co-Founder + CEOBec has built over 150 homes both prefab and traditionally. Former positions include Method Homes, a prefab home manufacturer, during their biggest growth and pilot expansion to the East Coast. Bec was the VP of Construction Operations at Green Canopy Homes, a venture-backed and mission-driven development company in Seattle. Bec has an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School. Bec is passionate about impact and team building.
