Menashe is a serial entrepreneur with several initiatives in the mobile / web Apps and Games arena. During 2011-13, he interned at Checkpoint (CKPT) as the Business Applications Global Team Leader, after having his company and its technology sold to Checkpoint and before as a PM and Co-CEO during 2009-10 at Aloma LTD. In the last few years his focus was all about consulting and raising teams of entrepreneurs to establish new initiatives.

Chezy has been a business and a life coacher for the last 8 years, among his clients leading enterprises and medium/small businesses in Israel. Chezy led open self-improvement workshops and coaching training for students. In the last year his focus is on leading an initiative called "a year from now" that invites people to write a future letter to them-selves.

Serial entrepreneur with several success and establishments, the latest is a Mobile IOS Game SaysWho (Appstore) in cooperation with Cyberserve LTD, and formally by integrating his Document Processing and Security technology to Checkpoint.
