Company exited to Vention Medical in 2013, followed by Nordson Medical for strong multiples in 2017.

    William has been in the medical device industry for over 30 years; he has held positions of CTO at InterValve for 7 years, VP of Applied Research at Boston Scientific for 7 years, VP of Engineering at Lake Region for 2 years, VP of R&D at Possis Medical for 11 years, and Manufacturing Engineer at Baxter Travenol for 3 years. WJD has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from UMN and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from UW Madison.
