Before founding miiCARE, Kelvin worked as a technology expert for the NHS where he advised on tech for health and wellbeing.

Ophir is an experienced technologist and veteran in the IoT and Big data industry. He has been involved in some of the most prestigious Smart City and projects across EMEA.
Ophir has a background in sales, BD and solutions engineering. His focus is in business operational intelligence and analytics for large corporates. Ophir worked in the smart cities and transportation sector for over 20 yrs, responsible for delivering cutting edge solutions.

John founded his first tech company, Walltech Industries, aged only 13. He has since been very active in tech consulting and product design, wearables, sensing, IoT, and assistive devices.

John has nearly a decade of experience with electronics and software development, 3D modelling and printing, and user-engagement. John Studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in Silicon Valley.

Andy worked in a variety of leadership positions including Great Plains as a Director and was instrumental in growing the company from 11 to 50 employees. Andy was responsible for International Product development and won a number of awards for his efforts.  Microsoft acquired the organisation and Andy continued in a leadership role at Microsoft 18+ years and led a global team delivering mid-market ERP products to over 40 countries.

Jay is a Finance professional with a career spanning multiple industries including start-ups, FS and manufacturing. The roles have usually been to fix finance functions in accordance with accounting standards, whilst implementing tight financial & treasury control.
He has broad entrepreneurial experience having co-founded a B2B Management Collaboration platform designed to deliver innovation and problem solving channels to busy senior execs.

Paul brings over 20 years of commercial and sales experience within the connected technology, telecommunications, and health technology industries.
He has a demonstrable track record of securing new product distribution and building high performance teams. Experience of Ecommerce, Distribution, Retail, and Telesales having managed B2C, B2B and B2B2C operations working with many of the leading brands in the UK.

Shan qualified as a GP in 2001 and since qualifying, his drive and knowledge has helped him to quickly establish a glowing local reputation.
Shan has led on a number of IT healthcare and transformational projects, achieved a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the Open University and led a proposed merger of 6 local practices.

Kushil is a strategy consultant by background advising on launching and scaling businesses. He has been a consultant to a number of big corporates including PE firms and banks, advising on growth projects with £1m+ / year revenue projections.

Kushil has founded and a profitable footwear brand based in Kenya and operating globally. Kushil sits on the advisory board for multiple start-ups focussing on bringing a strategic lens to the business
