Prior to co-founding Loyal Lead Ltd. he had already proven himself to be at the top of his profession as Vice President of Sales with an international service provider and as Director of Sales and Marketing at a leading Energy company. Having spent considerable time focused on the hospitality industry for a large multi-national account, Silent parlayed his industry insight into pioneering the (SIR) project.

Previously as Director of IT/Senior Project Manager for Quebecor Inc. Glen was responsible for leading teams in various locations in Ontario with regards to overall IT strategies, IT Infrastructure, IT hardware/ software support, Facility/Location management.
