    Kyle leads the team towards developing Life Equals into a national wellness brand. As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Kyle’s role is to define and guide the strategic vision, build the company culture and implement strategic financing.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    As a co-founder, Chris helped create the Life Equals brand from the ground up including: creation & direction of company branding, ensuring timely & cost-effective fulfillment of products to consumers, research & assist R&D and oversee product production through third party vendors.

  • Director of eCommerce and Marketing

    Christie plans, develops and executes digital marketing strategies to target, acquire and retain new customers. Her main objectives are increasing qualified traffic to site and increasing conversion. Responsibilities include building, running and optimizing email marketing campaigns and optimizing lean marketing funnel and optimizing brand ambassador program. Christie also manages all products on third-party sites such as Amazon and Walmart.com.

  • National Sales Director

    Kristi leads the expansion of Balance into bricks and mortar retailers across the country including: Whole Foods Market, Natural Grocers, Kroger and Safeway. Kristi brings deep CPG experience to manage our distributor partners UNFI, KeHe and DPI as well as our broker partners and internal team.

  • Digital Marketing Manager

    Michelle supports digital acquisition initiatives by optimizing customer touch points across Social, Search, and Site. She focuses on reaching new customers through multi-platform digital media campaigns, increasing site conversions through A/B testing, and improving paid ROI. Her background extends across strategic media planning for eCommerce, digital campaign management and digital measurement.
