    Jose has worked as a Control Systems Engineer at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, as a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and The Johns Hopkins University, and, as an Aircraft Engine Designer at Belcan Corporation for Pratt and Whitney. Jose has 4 scientific journal publications and holds a B.S in MechE from the University of Puerto Rico and a M.S. and Ph.D. also in MechE from RPI.
