Headlamp is disrupting the third party recruiting system, starting with the veteran segment. We think the time is right for veterans (pandemic) and have heard feedback that conditions are ripe for us to expand to other under-served populations if we can prove success with our model. Our platform connects veterans and the non-profits that serve them into a single talent pool for employers to target their recruiting.
