    An internationally recognized expert in impact investing, Paul invented the “HIP = Human Impact + Profit” method in 2004, and authored the HIP Investor book bestseller (Wiley, 2010). Herman’s expertise stems from Wharton, McKinsey, CSC Index, Ashoka.org and Omidyar Network. He grew and sold his first venture, reaching 30,000 customers with permission-based online debit cards and financial systems for families, teens & kids, a $200 billion market.

    Shilpa leads the design & delivery to clients, advisors and 401k's of HIP Investor impact, risk and reporting methodology, Shilpa brings data systems and project management experience from the California League of Conservation Voters. Shilpa graduated with Honors from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Economics. Shilpa holds a Series 65 Investment Adviser license.

    Keith leads Client and Partnership Development at HIP. Keith started at CitiGroup specializing in off balance sheet finance, structured finance, and project finance. Keith has been a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Keith has built several businesses from the ground up including ASSET4 (acquired by Thomson Reuters). Keith’s stakeholder relationships include the EPA, PRI, GRI, CERES, BSR. Keith graduated from the University of Albany in 1996.

  • SVP Analysis, Data Systems, & Technology

    Auros leads the design, collection and analysis of quantifiable sustainability metrics. Auros has a polymathic background, including degrees from the Johns Hopkins University in Computer and Cognitive Sciences, and experience in software design, teaching and tutoring. In 2007, after 6 years on statistical linguistics at Motorola, Auros pursued an MBA at the Presidio School of Management. In 2008, as a student consultant, he advised Intuit.
