James P. Gunderson, a founder of our Company has been engaged full time by our Company since 2003, presently serves as our President, Chief Research Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. While at the University of Virginia Jim was part of the team that developed an ultra-cold robotic storage system for medical samples. He was one of the four inventors that patented this ultra-cold robotic storage system for medical samples work.

Louise F. Gunderson, a founder of our Company has been engaged full time by our Company in various capacities since 2003 and presently serves as our Chief Technical Officer and a member of our Board of Directors.She is the author of over 20 technical publications, including book chapters and archival journal articles. Along with James Gunderson, her husband, she authored “Reasoning, Robots, and Reification” published by Springer-Verlag in 2008.

Gary J. Graham, Interim Chief Executive Officer and member of our Board of Directors since October 2013. Mr. Graham’s is focused on effecting the financing of our Company, executing our marketing strategy and recruiting an industry leading permanent CEO. Since 2005, he has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Business Development, LLC, a Denver based business development firm.

Mark C. Vappi has been our full time head of Operations since 2009, Chairman of our Board of Directors since 2010, and our Secretary since 2014. Previously, and from 2000 to 2008, Mark was employed by Microsoft Corporation in its Online Services Division. Mark has over 30 years of experience in organizing and running complex projects ranging from commercial construction to Microsoft’s on-line services billing and account management website
