Tony Kieu graduated from UTA with a Computer Science degree. After college, he worked for NCR Corporation as a senior software engineer, Here, he led the mobile team in creating new products that impact millions of customers. Tony also served in multiple technical lead position developing applications for medical industries. He participated in different coding challenges around the DFW area and received numerous awards at city and state levels.

Mr. Cullather has worked in numerous sales and marketing capacities at Bausch & Lomb (B&L), Essilor, and United Healthcare. At B&L, Brian attained and exceeded annual sales forecasts of over $75M. As V.P. of Sales & Marketing for Essilor's Avisia Laboratories, he developed the "Nikon Eyes" brand strategy, marketing plan, and product launch. He earned his BBA in Accounting and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame MendozaCollege of Business.
