As the owner and operator of her own award-winning design agency, for the past 20 years, Nichola has extensive experience creating digital solutions for over 2000 organizations (corporations, SMEs, non-profits and various levels of government.) She has served as a Digital Arts Instructor for the past 10 years and holds a BFA Honours degree from Queen's University

Wesley holds a Computer Science Degree, Birmingham City University, and a Business Management PGD, Selkirk College. Most recently, Wesley has worked together with Selkirk College building student engagement, creating and managing special events, SEO content for the Selkirk College Website, developing an announcement feature for online delivery of content and creating marketing content using Adobe CC, HubSpot and Canva.

Kalen Tara is a Full Stack Developer and project manager, responsible for leading our team of 10 web developers, managing our budget, recruiting and on boarding new hires, IRAP consulting and team management. He is a graduate of the BBCIT Computer Sciences Program and is currently studying Business Management and Cyber Security. His past experience includes web development, administrative support, Digital management, and event coordination.

Dan is a full stack developer responsible for the UX?UI of our platform, communicating our vision with devs, demoing our platform and creating various communications pieces from ChatBots, promo videos, presentations and blogs. Dan has a masterful skillset in communications.

Barb has a demonstrated history of working in educational industries and is skilled in bookkeeping, financial management, business planning, coaching, event planning, management, consulting, proposal writing and team building.
