Khalidah I. Barakat graduated from St. Johns University with a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics with a concentration in International Relations. She attended Temple University to pursue a Masters degree in Business Administration. Her strongest skill are her sales skills; and sold and helped to fund over 100 mortgage loans totaling over $15 million dollars.

International Baccalaureate Diploma graduate and undergraduate student at Capitol Technology University. Kirin has 6+ years of mobile application development experience with three years in a commercial setting; including developing a mobile app for the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy, under the U. S. Military. Kirin was honored to win the Best Hack Award at the University of Maryland's HackUMBC for 2017.

Rep.
