Email is lousy for group collaborations and multiple form sharing. It forces each collaborator to determine the disposition of every email "and" host the content separately. By contrast, Caves allows users to create a single space to host the content (which can be instantly viewed on any device). Social tools are integrated within each Cave for efficient dialogue. Users gain by eliminating emails and having efficient access to the content.
