Company Summary

DenTack delivers the next generation of dental implants with the only short length implants in the world offering enhanced load-carrying performance equivalent to traditional long implants. Dentack’s Quad Dental Implant is clinically proven over 5 years with thousands of implants in clinical use.

Technology
Dentack developed and manufactures 5 to 7mm length dental implants with a proprietary expansion mechanism that enhances the load-carrying performance and provides immediate stability upon installation. DenTack’s patented technology provides an implant solution for patients with short bone height, alleviating the need for costly and lengthy surgical bone augmentation and sinus lift procedures. CE-certified and already sold in Israel and Europe, DenTack implants are a viable, affordable and stable alternative to longer screw-type implants, offering general dentist practitioners unique added value to: (i) Treat a large, untapped market segment of short bone height clinical cases (~25% of all cases) and (ii) Provide shorter treatment and patient recovery time as the DenTack implants provide sufficient stability to allow for immediate loading.

Market
The dental implant market is one of the fastest-growing segments of the global medical device market. It is expected to reach $6.7 billion in 2015 with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 13%. The continued market growth is triggered by the demand side of both of patients, who choose a dental implant as their preferred tooth restoration, and Dentists, who choose the implantology practice as a significant source of income. The US market alone equals ~25% of all dental implants worldwide.

Current Status

Commercially Available – DenTack implants are available for sale in the EU and Israel, with thousands of DenTack implants having been implanted.

Intellectual Property - DenTack’s implants have been granted US Patents # 8167619, # 8628325, granted Korean Patent # 1510749 and additional pending European Patent application # 07804787.5. A freedom to operate opinion has also been received by counsel.

Regulation and QMS – DenTack’s dental implant systems (implant and prosthetic parts) received FDA approval in January 2016 along with previous CE mark in Europe and AMR designation from Israel. DenTack’s manufacturing system is ISO 13485-qualified.
