We are an Indian food vendor based in Ypsilanti, MI serving affordable and healthy Indian food since 2013 at our café ‘Nirmal’. We want to make the same restaurant quality food accessible to all at their nearby grocery stores or doorstep through online ordering using packaged HPPed curry, a first for the US market. HPP extends the shelf-life of curry from 7 days to 100 days in the refrigerator without any preservatives or food additives.
