Executive Leadership in aftermarket and OEM equipment sales and marketing

Chad Heathcote's inventions are based upon his insights gained as the lead design engineer for row crow planters used by Monsanto in 20 research farms located around the world. In this capacity, he became an expert on the
design and functionality of the leading OEM planters and aftermarket devices available to improve them. He worked closely with the agronomists, biotech engineers, and equipment operators to meet their needs.

Mr. Lang is a grain and dairy farmer in Brooklyn, Iowa. Mr. Lang was one of the longest serving leaders of each of the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) where he served as President from 2001 through 2011, and FBL Financial Group where he served as Chairman of the Board. Past president of the Iowa Board of Regents.

Mr. Oelmann is the General Manager, North America for Albaugh, LLC. He formerly was Executive –Vice President at Land O’Lakes and CEO for Aligned Ag Distributors, a wholesale crop inputs
distribution company. Previously, he was the marketing manager for United Suppliers. Before that, he spent 13 years with American Cyanamid in various sales, marketing, and management roles.
