Prior to founding Constantia, Harvey was lead P.M. for Quantitative Strategies at a New York Life subsidiary for 14 years, growing A.U.M. from $15 million to over $5 billion and earning a Morningstar 4-star ranking for his flagship fund had. Prior to NY Life, he was a quantitative equity research analyst at ITG. Mr. Fram earned his MBA from the Wharton School and undergraduate degrees in Elec. Engineering and Computer Science in South Africa.

Phillip brings 10+ years of corporate financial management and consulting expertise to Constantia, as well as broad industry experience in electric power utilities and transportation services. A fluent Russian speaker, Phillip was vice president of a venture capital fund, finance director, and strategy consultant in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Russia. Prior to earning his MBA from the Wharton School, he earned Dean's List honors at Cornell.
