He directed worldwide medical science research teams from Institutes and University based structures (Dakar and Bangui Pasteur Institutes; Vaccine Center, Bangkok; Yale Arbovirus Research, USA; Emerging Research Disease Unit, Res. Inst. for Development, Paris). He worked as an expert with National (Europe, Africa, Asia) and International Health Authorities (WHO, FAO).

Dr. Rao is the Company Executive Director, Affiliate Faculty, School of Systems Biology at George Mason University, member of the American Board of Toxicology, Washington D.C. Metro Area. He is a nationally known expert in the fields of biomedical toxicology, pharmacology, and toxics-informatics. He direct collaborative research projects in biological defense technologies and systems with GMU, Parsons, and agencies.

Dr. Veas, CSO and Co-founder, holds oversight on all prospective developments and experimental studies. FHe received a Comparative Pathology Doctorate from the Montpellier University. Dr. Veas is an expert evaluator of Excellence Research Programs in Infectious Diseases by the NIH (USA), WHO, the French National Research Agency (ANR), the IRD Commission of Biology; the French Business-Supporting Agency OSEO, theEuropean Commission, among others.
