Simon launched his marketing career at Lion Nathan working with brands such as XXXX, Tooheys and Heineken. In 2010 he launched a full service agency which he ran for six years and worked with clients such as Data3 and Allianz.

Since 2018, he’s led the team building the Cemoh business model. During that time, he’s been part of both the state Government’s Mentoring for Growth program mentoring over 200 Queensland businesses in the last 4 years.

Matt is the data and execution brain behind Cemoh. A rare breed of an experienced marketing and software developer, Matt launched his career as a marketing analyst before taking online learning platform CDX Global through an acquisition process as General Manager.

As a developer (preferring Python & Swift) and a senior marketer with a background in psychometric testing, Matt is uniquely qualified to develop Cemoh’s matching AI platform.
