I spent 16 years as an executive in banking technology, building engineering teams across 12 countries in Africa, managing departments of 600 + people and budgets in excess of $300m. The latter part of my career, I completed my MBA and led the transformation of one of the largest banks in Africa to a product-led operating model in retail and investment banking.

Rich holds an MBA in Advanced Marketing and has extensive senior leadership experience in the media space. He successfully established an award-winning creative agency within a leading media house, and led innovation in their multichannel marketing ambitions.

He spent over a decade developing and deploying educational content across a number of traditional and digital media channels.
