    President & CEO

    Mr. Misrach is a 20+ year business executive. From 2006-2016 Mr. Misrach was the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Freedom Meditech, Inc. a diabetes medical device company he led from inception through FDA clearance, global commercialization, and eventual cross border M&A sale (Sinocare, LTD) in Nov. 2016. Mr. Misrach was previously the Controller for Silvergate Bank and a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. Mr. Misrach is a UVA/Darden MBA and an active CPA.

    Founder & CTO

    Anton has worked for 35 years in the aerospace industry at General Dynamics (Director of Planning, Astronautics Division), McDonnell Douglas (VP of Programs), and L3. He is a successful inventor with multiple patents and he has founded several successful commercial product companies. His career has focused on the invention, engineering, and management of advanced technology programs. Anton has a BS, MS, and PhD from MIT and a MBA from Wharton.
