Many fruit juices, like pomegranate juice and acai berry juice, are made from concentrate. All antioxidant and vitamin waters use up to 21 ingredients, some of which are solvent extracted ingredients.

We wanted a pressed juice known to contain antioxidants, that was lower in sugar than other fruit juices. We discovered a little known superfruit in Asia called mangosteen. After studying its health benefits, Bali Juice was launched in 2018.
