Most of the functions are outsourced and its costs are variable: call center, intermediaries and notaries.
Fixed costs mainly: on- and offline marketing, accountants incl. tax filings, social security and salaries (in case of hiring).
A rental guarantee is a necessary product, because it is demanded by property owners in any market.
To rent a property is expensive for the tenant due to: commission for real-estate agent, cautionary deposit in some countries, move, possible home renovation and, principally, bank deposit in order to obtain the rental guarantee and the guarantee's recurring commissions.
AvalVida lowers substantially the cost of a rental guarantee - up to 90%! - for the tenant by charging only an all-in fee independently from the duration of the rental agreement. If the tenant holds a life insurance-savings or annuity policy, he does not need a deposit and saves even more money. Banks' and insurers' rental guarantees charge fees regularly on a yearly base during the whole term of the rental agreement and are subject to other limitations.
