Ritika has been writing content and building stories since childhood. It is these stories she builds to create brands. Her last assignment, before starting up, was as a Marketing Manager at Groupon.co.in, where in she handled Branding and Social media.

Working at Groupon taught her how a digital media start up needs to function and should be marketed. She learnt international best practices and started a number of new processes at Groupon.

Devika has worked on content for children for over 4 years. She wrote plays for children of different age groups, at Helen O'Grady for about 2 years. She thereafter worked with Educomp and iDiscoveri, to create lesson plans for children of different age groups (under 10). She has also researched and created questions for the Indian version of 'Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader'.

Suzoy heads the Nhance Digital arm of Forcepower Infotech Pvt. Ltd. As Nhance Digital is our Tech partner, Suzoy would be heading all the technical aspects of AchaBacha.co.in.
