Company Summary

ACME has developed a proprietary process that heals the electrically significant defects in Silicon Carbide substrates and substrates with epi. These healed wafers allow device builders to increase their yield and reduce the number of substandard devices produced per batch. We charge a fee per wafer that results in no change in cost for the device builder but yields a significant gross margin for ACME. Current capability is 250 wafers per month.
