Over the last six-plus years, Maria has led 7 Generation Games from concept to commercialization - earning recognition as one of Forbes Next 1000, Minneapolis St Paul Business Journals 40 Under 40 and the National Latina Business Women’s Association's Rising Stars. Previously, she wrote a New York Times bestseller; taught at Emerson College and Tufts University; and was named one of Newspapers in Education’s Latinos Who Will Change the World.

Dennis De Mars is chief technical officer and co-founder of 7 Generation Games. He has over 30 years of experience as a software developer, programming using Ada, C++, Objective C, Javascript, C# and HTML5. He was previously a senior programming working on defense projects at Raytheon. Prior software developed includes flight simulator software, a fractal generation program used for teaching high school mathematics and 3D games.

AnnMaria De Mars is founder and president of 7 Generation Games. She brings over 20 years experience in the education and technology sectors. She has taught math at every level, from middle school to graduate courses. She has been a small business executive, statistician and programmer. Ph.D. in educational psychology, specialization in applied statistics and psychometrics (University of California - Riverside) and MBA (University of Minnesota).
