Richard Searles, is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality business. He has managed several
restaurant and hotel franchises like Embassy Suites, Hiltons, Crown Plaza, Darden Restaurants and Nacoochee Grill during that time throughout the Southeastern US as an Executive Chef to a Food and Beverage Manager to a General Manager. He started out in
this business by going to Johnson & Wales Culinary University and graduated Magna Cum Lade in his class

Chef Michael Shepherd is
currently the Executive Chef of Nacoochee Grill just outside the city of Helen Georgia.
During the early part of his career Chef Shepherd was given the chance to work under
some of the Southeast most talented Chefs for instance Michael Touhy, Kevin Gilliespie, Mark Timms, Drew Vanluven and Certified Master Chef Kevin Walker.

Greg Singer will be the Brewmaster. He has experience crafting beer for over 10 years. Brewmaster Singer currently owns a small brewhouse operation where he has perfected his craft. He has learned a lot of his craft through the brewmasters at Pike 51 Brewery in Michigan
