Won Bronze for India's 2005 Biology Olympiad Team in Beijing. Started his business career from Govt.  Medical College, Trichur at the age of 21, with the magazine DOC N DOC, which within a period  of 6 months grew to become India's Largest Magazine for Doctors. He took a functional exit from  operations through a tie-­‐up with  Media Transasia India Ltd, and  shifted focus to integrate  healthcare purchase systems, researching this for 15 months.

After  his  MBBS,  Sheffir  had  been  focusing  on  his  family  business  of   logistics  in  GCC  countries,  headquartered  in  Abu  Dhabi  with  a  fleet  of  over  90  vehicles.   Sheffir,  through  his  experience  and  ingenuity  and  knowledge  of  Medicine,  looks  after  the   operations  and  ensures  smooth  functioning  of  logistics  and  supply  chain. He has personally invested into the project when he joined.
