Mr. Kirby is a co-inventor of several patents focused on consumer goods/services for adults. He 1st honed his skills in divining/translating customer needs into market opportunities through his early career as a recording artist and in music/merchandise. Since, he has modernized sales/distributions for a manufacturer, launched a retail store & aided Marc Eckō to change laws through a media campaign/outreach effort and a #1 downloaded mobile app.

Mr. Venter is a 10-year NBC veteran, later hired by Microsoft where he created and managed a distributed operations team which launched and operated the Microsoft email SAAS environments through a time of 20x growth, adding millions of users to the service.
