Des is an expert in digital marketing working with companies such as KPMG, Euromedic, Smiles Dental and Pizza Hut. He also lectures in the digital marketing institute and speaks at various conferences. Des is extremely well connected in the digital marketing space

Elaine has worked for titansof the Irish business scene Michael Smurfit and Denis O'Brien and run her own recycling company before starting to work as Business Development Director for Invest NI 6 years ago. Elaines main role for Invest NI Dublin office was to negotiate foreign direct investment deals. The Business Development Director role has allowed Elaine to build up a huge network in both Dublin and internationally.
