Ramu Govindan is a seasoned HR professional who's served in Human Resources at companies including HCL Technologies, iSoft, Britannia Industries and Asian Paints before pursuing his dream of entrepreneurship since 2005 and creating HR solutions that address challenges that HR professionals and business leaders face everyday. Ramu holds a B.Tech from IIT-BHU and an MBA from XLRI.

Babu has over two decades of experience in software engineering and has led world-class teams at HCL Technologies in addition to heading operations for Force 10 (now part of Dell). With an M.E. from PSG Tech, Babu heads the software team at 3D to ensure that the high-level vision is translated into highly scalable software that can be used by organizations to supercharge their HR and talent management systems.

Nandakumar has a B.Tech from IIT-BHU, an MS from SUNY, US and a PGDBM from IIM-C and has served in leadership roles across entities such as ICRA (Associate of Moody's), Tech Mahindra and ACC before serving with KSIDC as Executive Director. Nanda heads the talent intelligence division for 3D Talent, conceptualizing and architecting the skill and analytics engines.
