He manages and organize financing of RFID TAC technology R&D since year 2004

    Eduard has over 25 years experience in R&D of RFID systems, radar and sonar, propagation of UHF in miscellaneous environment, automated devices for detection, ranging and recognition. Carried out scientific research at LEDS Inc. (Chief Technology Officer), National Technical University of Ukraine, Black Sea Naval Research Department (Senior Scientist) .Eduard holds 12 patents on RFID technology, radio frequency acoustic methods and devices.
